- Purpose: Tamgu 3 conducts all oceanographic surveys in the Ease sea to collect raw data for systematic and scientific analysis on fishing status and fishing ground environment. It also collects data for scientific management on cetacean resources living in the Korean coastal area. The data is used to predict changes in ecology and fisheries stock caused by climate change in the coastal area.
