The President WOO Dong-sik of the National Institute of Fisheries Science (NIFS) and Director General Mahmoud Elyes Hamza of the signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the National Institute of Marine Science and Technologies (INSTM: Institut National des Sciences et Technologies de la Mer) on the cooperation in the field of fisheries science in Tunis, Tunisia, on October 18. H.E. the Minister of Agriculture, Water Resources and Fisheries, Dr Mahoumoud Elyes Hamza, also attended the MOU signing ceremony.
