NIFS announced that it held the Korea-Japan joint conference on climate change and food safety in Haeundae, Busan with the objective of securing safety of fishery products in Korea.

In the conference, there were five subject presentations, including △ climate change and variations in marine environment △ occurrence status and management of biotoxins both in Korea and Japan △ Development of control technology for Norovirus, etc.
